I'm looking for the magic, the sparkle, and the joy that comes from being with that one right person; the one whose kiss can take my breath away. I've always said I have the best friends in the world. And I do. But I'm looking to add just one more "best friend" to the top of my list. Relationships are hard, and as we get older they seem to get harder. Everyone here has a story with the requisite myriad of sordid details. Everyone come with baggage. The lucky ones find someone who loves you enough to help you unpack.

Through the joys and sorrows of the past 40 years I've learned that the relationships we build with those we love are far more important than any material items we have. We all need that one special person who will help us celebrate the good days and comfort us through the bad. If you're lucky enough to find that special someone, you realize that it's worth the work, understanding, support and commitment that a relationship requires. It's also worth waiting for.
It's easier for two people to push a rock up a hill and I believe in the power of "we".

I'm not only looking for someone to grow old with, I'm looking for someone to stay young with. Someone who is also young at heart, fun, charming, romantic, sexy, sensitive, open, caring and honest. There is still so much to do and life is getting shorter every day. I miss being in love and I am so ready to give my heart and soul to one amazing woman.

It's not always easy to let love into our lives. We all get caught up in the busyness of life.
But life is not about waiting for the storm to pass. It's about learning to dance in the rain. And dancing is an activity best shared with someone who can make your heart smile.

So take my hand. Be my partner, be my lover, be my friend. Let's embark on this journey together and create the future we didn't have in our past.
