I am 30 and single. I am in the process of trying to finish up my education, but it may still take a while. I am very intelligent and down to earth. If independence intimidates you, then move on. I was brought up to be able to take care of myself and I do a pretty good job of it. I take very little crap off people and I don't have time for men who have issues about strong, independent women.
Having said that, I am also fun loving. Life is too short to get bogged down in the everyday humdrum. I love life and I live it to the fullest daily. My family and friends are of the utmost importance to me and I enjoy life with them.
In my spare time I read, cook (very well), travel (when funds permit), and spend time with family and friends.
I love to do all kinds of things. I will try just about anything once (except maybe bungee jumping). I LOVE basketball, go lakers (although I am a little miffed at them for dumping Shaq!).
I am looking for an intelligent man with a sense of humor. A man who can hold a decent conversation and make me laugh is definitely a keeper. The trait I cannot abide is lying. Honesty is a prerequisite for me.
