Ich würde mich selbst beschreiben als
Just trying to follow the “Yellow Brick Road” of life. Every once in a while my compass gets out of whack and the unexpected stumbling blocks begin to appear. There are those times in life when it seems that you take one step forward and two steps back. Well, when that happens, I just hit each stumbling block as they come.. head on. If it knocks me down, I get back up and try again. Sometimes those stumbling blocks seem too big to concur; yet you just keep trying or you take a detour and find another way. Some stumbling blocks turn out to be just bumps in the road.
So it goes, and all the same in my quest to find, what I would consider in my mind, the woman of my dreams. Everyone knows there is one out there for themselves somewhere. For some people you search all your life for that special person and you never find her. Some people hope to find that love and never realize that their perfect match has been the woman right in front of them all the time. Then……, there are the lucky men who find that wonderful lady, smiles, says “I DO” and never looks back once in his life.
So, since I am not one of those lucky men who have found their true hearts desire, I continue my journey to find true love and companionship. The path of life points each person in a different direction. Some go north, some go south. Others go east or west. Right now my compass is spinning out of control. Perhaps you are the one that can help me find true north. A little declination from true north is ok too. LOL :o) Or perhaps you know someone who knows how to repair a compass? Maybe I should just buy a new one! Anyone know where you can buy a brand-new state of the art “People Compass”?
I am not young, and I am far from old. To me, age is a state of mine. My mind is telling me that I am 30 years old. Yet……, every once in a while, my body reminds me that I am not. My son will be out on his own in a few years and I want to gear my life more towards being an active single person and not just a single dad. He is my “Pride and Joy” and makes me proud to be his father.
I enjoy the outdoors and love to go camping, hiking and fishing. I am hoping to buy a boat later this year and start learning to water ski. I have been into photography since I was about 8 years old. I have in the past few years turned my attention to digital, both video and prints. Being self-employed gives me the time to work on things like that.
