Ich würde mich selbst beschreiben als

I'm a fun-loving, honest, intelligent, caring person in search of a man with the same qualities.

I am honest to a fault--even if it could get me into trouble. I strongly believe in integrity--believing and acting according to a strong moral code. I believe it is our individual responsiblity to do our best in everything we do and in every relationship we have. I don't appreciate apathy. I think that we can all band together to make this world a better place. (I'm an idealist at heart).

I am overweight but very active. I enjoy many sports including (but not limited to) basketball, softball, volleyball, football, biking, hiking, tennis, raquetball, and fishing. I enjoy the rugged outdoors as well as "taking in" a museum or show. Besides sports, in my spare time I enjoy movies, dining out, sight-seeing**, sketching, and just trying new things.

I strongly support education. I have a BS in Mathematics and Computer Science, and I'm currently obtaining my MS degree in Computer Science. However, I'm interested in many different areas. I never plan to stop learning--about people, places, or anything else.

I currently live in Chico, CA. I moved to California from Wisconsin (a very beautiful state), for a great job. Recently, that job soured (after many years) and I decided it was a great time to get my MS degree. I am not "set on" staying here permanently, nor anywhere else at the moment. Although lately I've been contemplating moving to Colorado after I finish my degree.

I'm really looking for a best friend and soulmate. I hope to find someone with whom I can talk about anything. I'm looking for someone who, above all, has a fantastic personality. He needs to be fun-loving, caring, passionate, and know that life is full of both laughter and tears--and be capable of dealing with both. I would like him to be at least my intellectual equivalent because I want us to have interesting conversations about a variety of topics--politics, religion, integrity, teamwork, leadership, ... I hope to find someone who can enjoy the outdoors with me through cycling, hiking, throwing a ball around, watching sunsets from a beatiful summit, etc. I hope to find someone to spend holidays with, travel with, and just spend time.
