well, I am under reconstruction. I am taking it slow this time, just wanting a friendship and respect first. I don't know if I'm ready to date and just want to take things one day at a time. I believe in love, in being a couple forever. I have seen my grandparents and parents go thru it and many others. I know I want to be like an old couple I see every once in a while, hand in hand in the mall, just walking along as if one were a natural extension of the other. I do not feel complete without the ying to my yang. I truly feel someone is out there for me and I have yet to find him. I've had some tell me that I must scare men because of my intelligence and sense of independence. I would hope someone would love me for those features and not be afraid of them. It could mean that while I would rely upon them to support my decisions and be my partner in life, they would benefit from those strengths...not be sapped by someone who is needed and immature. Ok, maybe I am talking too much, but isn't there one solitary man out there willing to show love and respect to a strong woman for a change? Not be emasculated by it?

A nice quiet dinner at a new restaurant where new flavors and experiences could be had as well as a good conversation. While I love going to the movies, it doesn't give you a chance to talk. I also love live music at bars but there again, too much noise to have to try to talk over.
