I love sushi and hibachi, so as long as that was ok with my date of course, I'd take her out to a Japanese steakhouse and if she didnt know anything about it i'd explain it all and recommend easy things to eat and make it a very fun learning experience. i can teach how to use chopsticks too if need be ;) after we get full of wonderful japanese food and maybe some sake, we could hit a local park or lake and watch the sun set and have a good conversation or two. i love to read people so first dates are pretty fun for me.
