I Would Describe Myself As

I am a Ph.D. student in Theoretical Chemistry at Northwestern and just graduated Cal (UC Berkeley) with my MS in Physical Chemistry. I am a Chicago native and I am glad to be home to carry out my doctoral research. When I am not trying to solve Schrodinger’s wave equation for whatever the flavor of Hamiltonian of the week is, I love to rock out on my guitar, create, write, perform and experiment with music. I love performing on stage and am entranced by the process of communicating my art to others, I love the feedback (no pun intended). When I am not spinning my brain with science or pouring my soul out on the guitar, you can find me running miles around my neighborhood, snowboarding and skiing, camping, snapping pictures with my dig cam, riding my skateboard or my mt. bike, looking for spontaneous adventures, traveling, socializing with friends in the form of going out to bars and seeing live music. My outlook: I love unraveling the mysteries of life. I break the mold. I ask a lot of questions, my favorite ones start with why. I ride the edge. I do not like authority who do not have the authority to have authority. I contemplate and reframe conventional ideas and wisdom and put them in my own terms. I am complicated and intricate. I hate snobs. Bounded I am not by the limiting ideas that religion impinges on moral character and human creativity says the yoda inside me. I love re-iventing new ways to re-invent myself. F' the wheel I gave it a flat tire. I appricieate soulful inventive artists that can involk a sense of inspiration in me. I don’t like T.V. cause it reminds me of precious hours I lost during my child hood. I love exploring the *fundamentals* of nature. Questioning, predicting, discovering and restructuring. I love accomplishment. I love creating. I love blowing minds. I love guys and I love chocolate .
