Fun loving, laugh inducing, affectionate, passionate, witty, articulate, devoted, family-oriented jack of many trades picaresque hero looking for a heroine for the continuing chapters of my life. Some highlights from previous chapters - educated (National Merit Scholar and Fulbright Scholar finalist); athletic (captain of 3 HS sports teams, now mostly parks and rec softball, bowling, golf, skiing, etc.); involved in the community (Eagle Scout, built a playground at a shelter for women and children, Teach for America alumnus); cosmopolitan (studied seven languages, traveled to Russia, France, Czech, Mexico); geeky (attended GenCon last 2 years, play role-playing games online with grad school buddies); wild (discreetly pierced and tattooed, have been skinny dipping in the Mediterranean and Gulf of Finland); animal loving (raised 3 giant breed dogs, formerly active in Neapolitan Mastiff and Bully Breed rescue); fun loving (went onstage at a Salt n' Pepa concert in St. Petersburg, Russia); a foodie (recently completed culinary school and cooked at The American Pavilion at the 2005 Cannes Film Festival); and family oriented (Euchre tournaments with my aunts, uncles, grandparents, and 30 cousins). Looking for a traveling companion/female protagonist/coauthor for the continuing adventures of this saga.
My ideal match would be someone who is emotionally honest, compassionate, and a good listener. I'm a bit of an intimacy junkie, and would like someone who can talk openly about feelings, desires, hopes, fears, and plans for the future - I'm also big into physical intimacy, so requiting the affections and adulations I lavish upon you would be a necessity (not a burden). An adventuresome spirit is a big plus (I've devoted much of my life to broadening my knowledge of the world's array of cultures through travel, language study, cultural and literary studies, and of course, global cuisine).
