I Would Describe Myself As

After many years of pursuing a successful career, I've reached a point in my life where I'm ready to find that special someone who knows and appreciates the value of achieving "balance" in every aspect of their life between work time and play time.

I consider myself a fun person to be with, someone who’s easy to talk to and knows how to enjoy time away from work. Things most important to me are my friends, family, and my personal priorities in life, which include: taking good care of myself, sharing quality time with my significant other, hanging out with friends and family, achieving financial success, exploring this fascinating world, and enjoying fun, recreational activities. My favorite hobbies/activities include: music (I play the drums for fun), boating (water skiing or cruising down the lake with good tunes blaring), hosting parties for my friends, hiking, scuba diving (when I travel), enjoying the Austin Night Life, going to concerts, fine dining, reading, movies/theater, long walks, and good conversation in front of a warm, cozy fire (well, we don’t always have to talk).

I work out regularly to keep myself in very good physical condition, but I’m not a body/building fitness fanatic. Yes, I DO appreciate a woman who takes good care of herself and stays in good shape. I like spending money on things for myself and those special in my life, and love taking exotic vacations, but am very responsible with my finances. I own a home with a pretty view of the lights of North Round Rock, where I enjoy spending time grilling my favorite tasty dishes with friends/family/significant other. I also have a boat on Lake Travis where I love to spend time during the summer weekends and after work when possible. I have my own simple, personal religious beliefs and am very respectful of the religious beliefs of others. I have my own opinions on many topics from science to politics, but am NOT judgmental of others. I believe in solid, basic American values and consider myself a moderate person politically. I’m a lover of all animals (especially dogs) and cherish/respect all living things. Live and let live is my motto.
