I suppose the most relevant bit about me is that I'm an absolute computer enthusiast. I build 'em, maintain 'em, script 'em, rebuild 'em, network 'em, troubleshoot 'em and hell, break 'em if necessary. I know, real glamourous, right? My hobbies are video & computer gaming, movies, firearms (yet I'm not a republican, quirky), reading just about anything, and music (listening, not playing anymore...I lost my talent). I've recently been through some pretty rough times with family, friends, work, and pretty much the rest of life. You could say it has humbled me, not that I was an egotistical prick prior to this, mind you. I suppose one other piece of information that my other partners found to be an attractive quality is that I can listen, and I mean, really listen. So, if you're looking for some intelligent conversation, give me a holler, to put it colloquially.

Un primo appuntamento ideale è

Sitting down over a cup of their caffeinated-beverage-of-choice, learning as much about each other as possible in an efficient manner. Not 20 questions, but enough with the games and run-around tactics...I'm sick of it. I'm sorry if that takes the fun out of it for you, but is it that much to ask for a foundation of honesty? When I start spending time with someone, I want to be sure I can trust them. It may sound like a little thing, but trust is very important to me. Without it, there's nothing. Anyway, after that tasty beverage, maybe check out a matinee playing, or better yet, a comedic performance locally. That last one is rather rare, but I always love to see my date laugh and smile. Then go pick out a random DVD at the rental store, one neither of us have seen or heard of, so there are no expectations. Watch it, and learn about each other's taste in a pragmatic light. Call me old fashioned, but then I respectfully leave for the night.

Turkish black-tar heroin. But seriously, I have wanted to try sky-diving at some point, maybe to force myself to get over my fear of heights. Well, the fear of heights is a misnomer...since it's not really the height I'm worried about, nor the fall...but more of that sudden stop at the end.

Finish my education of computer programming and game design, go to work at a big game corporation and code away on some of the most exciting games to ever come out. Sure, knowing my luck (or lack thereof), I'd probably code away on the poorest games known to man and get a pink slip for my troubles.

La mia idea di divertimento è

Well, I don't exactly totally dig the club scene. I hate having to shout at the top of my lungs to be heard, and since I'm partially deaf as it is (from a bad heavy metal accident), it really sucks trying to hear somebody else's speech over that din. Oh yeah, maybe it's the fact that I dance worse than a tranquilized mule. So, I suppose my good time would be having a great dinner (maybe some Italian, or Chinese, whatever really, as long as it isn't seafood) while talking about things near and dear to me; then catchin' a late-night movie...something that makes my partner laugh. If we don't see something at the theatre, well, pop in a DVD, nuke some popcorn and snuggle up under a blanket. I just appreciate the calmer things in life.

Cosa cerchi?

Intelligence first and foremost...not really interested in hooking up with idiots. While we're on the subject of idiots, no religious nuts either...if you try to push your god (read: crutch) on me, don't expect anything better than a hostile welcome. Now that I've eliminated about 3/4 of the population, my dream girl would be bold or chatty, as in, able to walk up to any situation and start chatting away. I respect that. Another important yet seemingly-insignificant "something" I seek is logic, or analytical reasoning. If I have to explain that, well, then you're most likely just like the other 90% of the female majority. Sorry, I just don't need another relationship with someone who doesn't understand objective reasoning.
