I am a physically fit, emotionally secure, green-eyed redhead, considered attractive by most. I have a sense of humor that sometimes runs out of the lines, as I can usually see humor in most things. I am serious when I need to be but usually I am easy-going. I love to laugh, even at myself when it warrants doing so. I have deep family values and respect the values of others, even if they differ from my own. I am in the process of a divorce with no baggage. All is cut and dry. My children are grown but they are very much a part of my everyday life. My interests vary greatly but I love the wind in my hair as I ride my motorcycle, walks in the autumn leaves, picnics in obscure places, the ocean, fishing, camping, a homemade dinner for two, candlelit evenings by a fireplace, most sports and I am a big NASCAR fan. I love to read and thirst for knowledge. I also enjoy creating stained glass windows. Being spontaneous is part of me but being grounded to my family, spirituality and job are important aspects of my life. I would like to meet a man who is secure in himself, witty, employed, not living life so large as to forget where he comes from. I do not drink but can appreciate a social drinker. No addictions, please. I am looking to step out into the world with my eyes wide open, searching for what is best for all concerned. If you are the right person for me, you will also have family values and be responsible for whatever previous obligations you had prior to meeting me. I love children and animals and the elderly. I work with handicapped children and find great joy in the strengths they possess. I also work in hospice home care. I enjoy most types of music, but the blues are where I find comfort as the music moves me. I love southern rock, country and R & B. I am honest almost to a fault and demand honesty in others. I am strong-willed, even-tempered and enjoy living life to the fullest. Friendship and trust are a solid foundation to any relationship, in my opinion. I am looking to start out as friends and see where life may take us. You won't win the lottery if you don't get a ticket, right?
