I Would Describe Myself As

Well... I can still fit into the pants I wore as a student (and still have the jeans, ha ha). My friends call me goofy. If you get to know me will you will say that I am tenacious because I love a challenge whether it be a crossword puzzle, crafting a piece of furniture, teaching my dog a new trick, or my never ending quest to make my significant other happy each and every day. I enjoy the out-of-doors, traveling, swimming, riding bikes, camping, sporting events, but I also enjoy a good restaurant, theatre, shopping (I know that's strange for a guy), or a quiet night a home with that someone special. I'm actually a pretty cheap date since I am easy to please. I love families and am envious of those with children (more on that later). I am not the jealous type since I believe in a monogamous relationship and total honesty. I am a well-grounded individual with old world morals. So you shouldn't get jealous if I open doors for other women. I'm looking for a woman that can dress up and look "fine" for an elegant dinner out, but one that can "turn me on" wearing one of my sweat shirts around the house. I would like to find someone that would enjoy reading the comics to me in the morning and have poetry read to her at night. A women that is equally torn between spending an evening out and a quiet night at home in front of the fire or with good friends and family. I am happy with my life and have few regrets. I have had some serious relationships and consider them the richest times of my life. All I am looking for is a NORMAL person I can get to know, share things with, grow close to and hopefully fall in love with. Although this may seem like a lot to ask I know she is out there somewhere. If, in the meantime, I find female companionship in someone that enjoys hanging out, doing things we both enjoy but not get to serious, well.... who can ever have enough good friends. Am I right?
