THOUGHTS ON DATING--Dating is not all it's cracked up to be. Who knew that there were certain rules that apply (like calling 3 days after you've already received someone's phone number..what's up with that?)? And the movies? Forget it! I can't see why you would want to sit in silence, in the dark for two hours on a date. QUALITIES I LIKE--I'm very direct and really don't like beating around the bush so I like people who are direct as well. I like someone who is witty and can make me laugh. This is going to sound odd..but you will have to be able to spar with my girlfriends. My friends are extremely direct, witty and sharp! If you can hold a conversation with them and if they like you..and they're a tough crowd..then I know that we'll always be laughing and that there will never be that awkward moment of silence. Oh! One other thing..the smell of Obsession cologne just drives me crazy so if you could just splash on a little of that, I'd totally adore you. OK LET'S GET RIGHT DOWN TO IT--I definitely know what I want and what I don’t want. I want someone who’s tall…between 5’10” and 6’1” because I want to feel safe..if you’re 4 feet tall and I think that I can beat you at arm wrestling..well, that isn't going to work for me. I want someone who is athletic because I think that an athletic person tends to take better care of himself physically and mentally. I am full of energy and cannot sit still for very long so the person that I’m looking for must be able to keep up and go toe-to-toe with me..if you’re going to lose steam after 30 minutes, then you should hit that ‘search’ button again. I want someone who has rhythm. I love to dance and can go at it all night. If you dance like a chicken or look like you’re having a seizure on the dance floor, then I’m not for you. And finally, you need to be a good kisser. I can overlook your criminal record but if you don’t know how to kiss…well...that’s a deal breaker. P.S.--knowing what I want is not demanding, it simply means that I'm not going to settle for anything less than butterflies. Been there. Done that. Not doing it again.
